• power off
- hold down the red stop/resume button
- hold down the power button until the green led lights
- release the red stop/resume button
- tap twice on the red stop/resume button. Some lights on the control panel will blink.
- release the Power button
- when the led is again green, tap on the red stop/resume button four times
• finish the reset by taping on the power button
- The printer will turn off.
NOTE↑ my attempt on a mp230 failed
via ST3400
1) service mode ↓ * 🖼️11m.de/servicemode
2) click the service tool 3400.exe or st.exe
click the 2 set buttons in the lower right corner
*Service mode
power off
hold down stop/reset
hold down ON
release stop/reset
tap 5 x on stop/reset
